Refund policy Rays Developer provides custom design and digital services. This explains when refunds and cancellations apply to our work and how to request one. Because our work is created specifically for each client, please read this alongside our Terms & Conditions.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We back our work with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the initial design direction we present, we’ll rework it to better match your vision — or refund your deposit. This gives you confidence to start with no risk on the design direction.

Refund Policy FOR Cancellations

You may request to cancel a project by emailing us. If you cancel before work has begun, your deposit is refundable under the 14-day guarantee above. If you cancel after work is underway, we may retain a fair amount for the work already completed.

Refund Eligibility

Generally not eligible: work that has already been completed, delivered, and approved.

Eligible: your deposit, if you’re unsatisfied with the initial design direction within the 14-day guarantee window.

Non-Refundable Costs

Some costs are paid to third parties on your behalf and cannot be refunded once incurred — for example, domain registrations, paid plugins or apps, premium fonts or stock assets, and advertising spend. These are separate from our service fees.

Refund Policy FOR Digital Services

Our deliverables are digital and custom-made. There are no physical products to return; refunds and cancellations follow the terms above rather than a traditional return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Work

If something we delivered doesn’t match what was agreed, let us know and we’ll correct it as part of your project’s revision rounds at no extra charge.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Email hello@raysdeveloper.com with your name, project details, and the reason for your request. We’ll confirm receipt and let you know the next steps.

Approved refund are issued to your original payment method.

We may update this refund policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
